CuratePics is really two interfaces working together: the Studio dashboard where you upload, organise and deliver — and the branded gallery your clients open from a link, with no account to create. Here's exactly what each one looks like.
Sign in, and you land in your projects. Everything from a raw folder of files to a polished, branded gallery lives here — upload, arrange, brand, share, and see who's opened what.
The home screen is your list of projects — one per shoot, each holding one or more galleries. A quick KPI strip, a one-field "new project" box, and cards that show at a glance whether a client has opened and downloaded their photos.
Open a gallery and you get five tabs — Photos · Look · Share · Activity · Downloads. Photos is a masonry grid: set a cover, tag sections, switch density, and upload.
The uploader is resumable. Drag a whole shoot in; if the connection drops, it picks up where it left off — nothing to re-drag, nothing lost.
Shape how the gallery presents. Pick a cover style, write a welcome note in the client's own gallery, and set the shoot date and location that head the cover.
Group a big shoot into chapters automatically, by the time gaps between photos — getting ready, ceremony, portraits, reception. Rename or merge any chapter; the boundaries are yours to adjust.
Create a private link — add a PIN if you like. Choose what the link can do: view-only, proofing (favourites and picks), or full-access with downloads. Send it to each recipient individually so you can see who opened it.
See exactly who has opened the gallery and who hasn't — a green dot when they've viewed, orange when they haven't yet. Resend in a click. Watch favourites and picks land live, and export the client's selection when they're done.
Set your studio name, a brand colour, and upload your logo. That's what turns a CuratePics gallery into your gallery — clients see your name and your mark, not ours.
No login, no app, no CuratePics logo. Your client taps a link, enters a PIN if you set one, and lands in a branded gallery that works beautifully on a phone.
If you set a PIN, this is the first thing they see — your mark, the gallery title, and a single code field. No account, nothing to install.
This gallery is private
A branded cover with your studio name, the couple's title, the date and place, and the photo count. Sticky chapter chips jump between sections. Every photo carries proofing actions, and a live picks counter keeps the client within any limit you set.
When they're ready, the client reviews their favourites, says what the selection is for, adds a note, and submits it straight back to you.
Tap any photo to fill the screen. Move with prev / next or the filmstrip along the bottom, favourite or pick right there, and download the single frame.
One button gets the whole gallery — full resolution, zipped into a single file. Downloads are unlimited; there's no throttle and no meter.
Both screens. All of it. Lock in the founder price before 31 December 2026 — it never rises for you, ever.
