A delivered gallery stays live for good — that’s structural, not a policy we can quietly change. If you ever reach a limit we block new uploads and tell you in-app well before it bites; delivered work always stays put.

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Galleries open from a private link — your clients view, favourite and download hi-res without ever signing up or handing over their details. One tap, no friction.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU — on EU-jurisdiction storage and an EU-hosted database, GDPR-native. That’s why agencies, schools and corporates who can’t use a US consumer tool can use us.

How are my photos delivered on the web?

Every photo is delivered as a fast, web-ready sRGB image that looks consistent across browsers and screens.

What about uploads on a flaky connection?

Uploads are resumable. Drop off Wi-Fi mid-upload and it picks up where it left off, instead of starting the file over.

Do you have AI culling or a print store?

Not in v1, on purpose. We stay focused on delivering perfectly rather than becoming an all-in-one. Face-grouping ships as our first AI feature; a delivery-side quality assist is on the roadmap — not launch.
