Pixieset is the gallery suite most photographers have heard of, and for good reason: the galleries look beautiful, onboarding is quick, and it bundles a website, store and CRM into one subscription. If you want an all-in-one that does a bit of everything, it is a reasonable default. CuratePics is a different bet — a focused client-gallery delivery platform that does delivery completely rather than doing everything adequately.
Where Pixieset is strong
Its galleries are genuinely well-designed and widely loved, setup takes minutes, and the all-in-one scope means one tool for site, store and client management. The Lightroom plugin fits neatly into an existing edit workflow. If breadth is what you want, that breadth is real.

CuratePics does one thing completely — get galleries to clients fast and keep them there — with EU data residency, no client login, and a delivered gallery we don’t take down. Pixieset is broader (website, store, CRM); CuratePics is deliberately narrower and more reliable.
Can I move my galleries from Pixieset to CuratePics?
Yes — you re-upload your delivered sets. There is no lock-in on either side; your originals stay yours. A masters-based importer is on our roadmap to make bulk migration one step.
Does CuratePics have a store like Pixieset?
Not at launch, on purpose. We focus on delivery done perfectly rather than bundling a store. A commission-free store is a possible later addition, never a core distraction.
